What is your base planning fee? +
My travel planning services begin with a $250 base rate, which is due after your initial consultation. This fee secures my time and allows me to begin designing your personalized travel experience.
The base rate includes researching and booking your transportation and accommodations. This ensures we are both committed to creating a seamless, stress-free trip while allowing me to dedicate the time and attention needed to bring your vision to life.
What additional services include an additional fee? +
Some trips require additional research, coordination, and customization. Additional fees may apply for the following:
- Multi-city itineraries: +$100 per additional city
- Major itinerary changes after planning begins: +$250
- More than three options provided in the initial quote: +$150
- Restaurant recommendations and tour/activity planning included: +$250
What is included in my first quote? +
Your initial travel proposal will include:
- Hotel accommodations
- Flights
- Transportation options
- Travel insurance recommendations
After reviewing your first quote, the non-refundable planning deposit will be due to move forward. Once secured, we can refine the details and make adjustments to ensure the itinerary aligns perfectly with your travel goals and preferences.
